Sessions, Payment Options and Gift Certificates

Reservations
All sessions are by appointment only. I will do my best to accommodate your requested time.   Groups of two or more requires a 50% deposit at time of booking for times to be reserved.

Sessions
You may come at your scheduled time, NO earlier than 5 minutes please.  I will have you fill out a brief intake form and discuss what, if any issues you may want addressed. I generally use spa/meditation music during a session but will consider any request. Please inform me of any complications you need addressed or special request while making your appointment. If there is anything I can do to make your visit more comfortable, please let me know. I have extra towels, disposable slippers, pillows and bolsters.
In a general combination massage, I will leave you to undress to your comfort level, keep in mind clothing are boundaries and I will not work that area.  If you want low back and hip work it is beneficial to remove your underwear, shoulder and back work is difficult to do around a bra. Keep in mind the oil may stain clothing. I will keep you covered modestly in accordance with state laws, I also follow a strict ethical code for massage therapist. I may use heat therapies such as warm towels, stones or a warm clay pack during your session. I will close the session with some soft glides and grounding touch. I will leave you to get up and dressed. Please get up off the table slowly as you may get dizzy or lightheaded, this is common. Take your time. I will have water for you and recommend you drink plenty of water over the next 24-48 hours. You may have soreness after deep work in tight areas for the following 24-36 hours, drink plenty of water!

Deep tissue– area specific massage that uses deep compressions & cross fiber glides applied slowly to melt through layers of tissue.                                                                                     60 minutes $130.00

Custom/all inclusive– I use an integrated style of massage that has a strong Swedish & deep tissue foundation.  I use anything in my “toolbox” (reflexology, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, Myoskeletal alignment, warm basalt stones, warm jade stones or heated bamboo) to customize to each client’s needs. I finish the session with muscle rub & hot towels on the back.                   Aromatherapy included with every session   60 minutes $120.00    90 Minutes $170    120 minutes $220

                                     

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase, use and redemption of gift certificates purchased from Massage and Bodywork LLC. For questions, comments or suggestions, please contact Massage and Bodywork LLC:

  • No call/ no show will result in the gift certificate being redeemed.
  • Except as provided herein, gift certificates have no cash value, no money will be returned.
  • Massage and Bodywork reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
  • Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable.  All sales are final.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are only redeemable at Massage and Bodywork for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate.
  • Massage and Bodywork LLC reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their monetary value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, at its option and sole discretion.
  • Except as required by law, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
    Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the gift certificate, whichever occurs first.
  • If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.
  • For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.
  • Use and redemption of our gift certificates are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Massage and Bodywork, its agents and vendors, may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates

  • Massage and Bodywork reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift certificates, without notice, should it receive a credit card charge back, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate.
  • Gift certificates will be redeemed fully upon client no-show for services.
  • Massage and Bodywork is NOT responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • Massage and Bodywork reserves the right to dishonor the gift certificate, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
  • Gift certificates are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

  • Gift certificates MUST be presented at time of service, or another form of payment must be used.
  • Gift certificates are the SAME AS CASH do NOT loose as replacements will NOT be issued.
