I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilize my experience to assist in this process. Through compassionate listening to the body and thoughtful communication, I use a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of my clients. I combine that notion with my clinical education in order to provide a thorough, nurturing, and effective massage. I enjoy focusing on the head and neck, as well as the hips and low back. While firm pressure is my strength, flowing movement and specific work is also incorporated to aid in the body’s natural healing process and reconnect the client as a whole. Relaxation and comfort are still the ideal goal of every session. I understand that every person has unique challenges and preferences, I pride myself in being able to hone into the needs of each individual and creating a warm, relaxing environment.
